So fun! Infinite selection and they offer used or new books + friendly library cats! Playable musical instruments on second floor - clearly a great community spot and you will find a book for you if you go here, only a matter of time.

Book Corner is easily the most interesting and entertaining independent bookstore I’ve ever been to. I’ve officially found my go-to reading hangout. Between the three floors of endless choices (new and used), intriguing wall-hangings, and instruments waiting to be played- it’s a reader’s field day. Last but not least, the owner’s kindness is to be noted. Oh, and there’s bookstore kitties too. I highly suggest supporting this local business.

Fun quirky place and owner! If you’re stiff and boring you will hate this place, if you embrace the idea of a nice dude owning his own 3 story book store, with his beautiful cat, then you “get it.” If he’s not there or the door is locked, don’t overthink it. Call him.

This is a magical place! The space is huge and beautiful, full of history and character and art. The owner is lovely and passionate and the cats are adorable! The Book Corner is a permanent stop on my annual Niagara trip. My friends and I can spend hours combing thru all three floors of books, playing with musical instruments, chasing cats, and listening to the owner’s (his name escapes me at this moment) incredible stories. So if you, like me, love books, cats, and magical places, please visit and support this amazing establishment! The prices are great too!

This was my first visit to Book Corner, but it wont be my last! First off, Park in the Rear, that is the Active Entrance and best parking! The police enforcement sign only refers to non-customers! This is a huge new and used bookstore with wild decor. Each floor is about 4000 square feet of book shelves. The first floor is new non-fiction and fiction. The second floor is used fiction and the basement is used non-fiction. Entire rooms are dedicated genres. The second floor has a space with chairs set-up for readings and there are musical instruments on the first and second floors. I have yet to venture into the basement. It is directly next door to the police station so parking is very safe. Police officers use the back lot for their personal vehicles. Unfortunately it isn't handicapped accessible. There is a step down to enter the building and stairs between the various floors.

Met the owner Jeff today - excellent character. My favorite part of the experience was interacting with him. It’s a really unique place with a lot of history (celebrating 100 years very soon!) what a gem. Will be back

I wished I lived closer to this place. I’m traveling from out of state and had to visit! This place is the best kind of maze- three floors of every kind of book & genre. From new to used, every item is in great condition and the options are legitimately endless. Despite the sheer amount of books to chose from, the store is organized and has books sorted by genre throughout the store. The owner is so sweet and you can tell has put his whole heart into the decoration and upkeep of his store. Definitely set out some time in your day or vacation for this spot. There aren’t many (if any) like it!

This place is totally amazing. It was the coolest bookstore I’ve ever been to without a doubt, and the owner Jeffrey was really welcoming and helpful and gave me a tour of the place as soon as I walked in. I mostly explored the used section on the second floor, and wow what a fantastic collection and a really fun space. Tons of really cool art, a small stage with playable instruments and audience chairs (for open mics or other events maybe?). The mystery room had a punching bag, a drum set, a game table and plenty of places to sit. The whole place felt lived in and cared for, and there were just stacks and stacks of used books to look through at awesome prices. Since I’m traveling, he offered to mail my books across the country which was so so nice and I got to put my name on a visitor map of the US in the corner. This place was just awesome and Jeffrey was really sweet to chat with. I really loved the eclectic vibe and I welcoming energy of the book corner. I could have stayed for hours! Whenever I’m back in Niagara Falls I will most definitely be back. Thanks Jeffrey for making an already great day trip a perfect one! -Calvin

Nestled in the heart of Niagara Falls, New York, The Book Corner stands as a monumental tribute to the written word. This multi-story marvel isn't just the largest new and used bookstore in Western New York; it's a sanctuary for bibliophiles that has stood the test of many decades. My wife has always spoken highly of this bookstore, sharing stories of its endless treasures and warm, inviting atmosphere. So, when we recently relocated from out-of-state and purchased a home in the area, a visit to The Book Corner was naturally at the top of our to-do list. Stepping into The Book Corner is like entering a different realm. With room after room filled to the brim with every genre imaginable, both fiction and non-fiction, the store is a labyrinth of literary wonders. It’s not an exaggeration to say you could spend a lifetime exploring its corners, discovering rare finds and beloved classics along the way. The experience is as overwhelming as it is exhilarating, offering an escape into the worlds crafted by countless authors. While Niagara Falls might be the second most visited attraction in the United States, The Book Corner (est. 1962) is a captivating destination in its own right. It’s a place that reminds us of the power and beauty of books, inviting visitors to lose themselves in the magic of reading. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to set aside plenty of time for The Book Corner. It’s not just a bookstore; it’s an adventure that awaits within the pages of thousands of stories.

“The Book Corner” caught my attention whilst I was feeding my thumb one day. Now, I’m more of a movie person than a reader anyway, but I was intrigued by what I had seen in the advertisement. I decided to pack up some of the dependants and go check it out—and ended up loving it. This place has character. An old, two story building packed wall to wall with books, even spilling down into the cellar. Upstairs, there’s a Wurlitzer baby grand, a drum set, and a wooden xylophone. I play piano a little and am always willing to bang on some drums, so yeah… I took full advantage. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well. We bought a book, have since went back for a few visits, and picked up the next in the series I did so far. Most likely will keep going regularly now that we know of it's existence. 😁
